COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV is looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that enable effective decision-making and provide strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up audio-visual equipment
  • Support users of conference facilities during the meetings
  • Preparation and continuous update of existing Knowledge Articles
  • Performing ad-hoc services as requested by Head of Resources Unit or ICT Manager if all tickets have been fulfilled

Requirements
  • Proficient in M365 applications
  • Desktop support experience
  • Excellent communication skills, English level required C1
  • Minimum of 3 Years experience in Service Desk environment
  • Minimum of 3 Years experience in Desktop deployment of support
  • Experience in documenting support requests and resolutions
  • Remote access capability to troubleshoot issues on staff computers
  • Knowledge of M365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Environment, server hosting and associated services
  • Experience in troubleshooting desktop issues such as software installation, printer issues, and network connectivity issues
  • Familiarity with standard operating systems such as Windows and macOS
  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues on desktops and laptops

Skills Required
