We’re looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our IT & Operations team and become the go-to person for tech support at ONE ZERO. This role is all about solving problems quickly, delivering excellent internal service, and keeping our tech operations running smoothly across sites. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge tools and help create a seamless digital workspace for everyone in the company.
- 1+ year of experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles
- Service-oriented mindset and strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both in Hebrew and English
- Experience with macOS and Windows environments
- Hands-on experience with IT tools: Jamf, Azure, Active Directory, Okta, Office 365, Google Workspace
- Solid understanding of networking basics: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Knowledge of information security principles and best practices
- Proactive approach and strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies
