Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m.
Job Specific Duties:
- Provide Tier 1 support
- Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email
- Log Remedy Tickets for unresolved calls or from in person visits
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Basic Active Directory knowledge
- Handle Systems in-processing activities for MDG staff
- Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Monitors the 99MDG Service Now queues.
- Resolves tickets that can be resolved at the Service Desk or escalates tickets in a timely manner to appropriate element.
- Resets and unlocks accounts IAW with established procedures
- Issues consumable peripheral equipment or supplies IAW established procedures
Minimum Experience/Qualifications:
- Current CompTIA A+ or higher Certification
- At least 1 year in a Service Desk or related front desk experience
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Automation tools
