Job DescriptionInterco has an opening for a skilled Help Desk Specialist in the IT department. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual that has excellent customer service skills as well as strong technical skills. This Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Resolve help desk tickets
- Provision workstations
- Troubleshoot connectivity and file share issues
- Diagnose hardware issues
- Work with Active Directory and Microsoft O365
- Workstation and wire management
- Catalogue IT assets
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer information systems or a related major
- At least two years of experience as a desktop support technician or similar role
- Experience in a domain environment
Compensation:
- $40,000-$50,000 Annually
