RETAIL PART TIME SALES ASSOCIATE, WOODBURY:
The Role: Helly Hansen is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our Woodbury team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a fun, dynamic, and supportive workplace where you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills, grow with the brand, and help drive the success of our store. Providing nothing short of the best customer experience is our top priority.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-first mindset.
•    Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
•    Assist customers with purchases, providing knowledgeable advice on product features and performance.
•    Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
•    Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as assigned.
•    Accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point-of-sale integrity.
•    Participate in product training to stay informed about current assortments and new releases.
•    Uphold all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
•    Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
•    Retail experience, preferably in the sporting goods or outdoor apparel industry,
•    The ability to work evenings, weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasionally powder days (on rarest of occasions),
•    Excellent verbal communication skills,
•    A passion for the outdoors,
•    The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations, 
•    Is intrinsically motivated, a self-starter, and driven to succeed.
•    Experience with fundamental retail standard operating procedures.
