The Role

Summary
We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to assist patients and healthcare providers with insurance, billing, and appointment inquiries.

Description

  • Answer inquiries related to health insurance coverage, billing, and claims.
  • Provide patients with information on available services, appointments, and health plans.
  • Assist with verifying insurance benefits and processing claims.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Prior experience in healthcare customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
