  • Revenue, margin, order intake and forward pipeline targets are achieved for each solution category.
  • Sales opportunities are converted into repeatable product revenue and, where relevant, installation opportunities.
  • New complementary solutions are integrated into the sales portfolio as they become commercially ready.

What We Are Looking For

  • A senior technical sales leader with a minimum of 10 years of relevant or similar experience and a mature, established network in the data centre construction industry.
  • A proven record of selling technically complex solutions, systems or engineered products into data centre projects.
  • Strong credibility with facility end-users, contractors, consultants, engineers, architects and product specifiers.
  • The ability to operate independently, open doors, secure meetings and generate opportunities from day one without significant hand-holding.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to explain solution performance, integration considerations and customer value.
  • Demonstrated capability in key account development, specification sales, pipeline management, forecasting and delivery against budget.
  • Commercial judgement to assess market scale, prioritise opportunities and shape routes to market.
  • The flexibility to adopt and sell new complementary solutions as the portfolio develops.
