The Position:

We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Studio to lead a high-performing team of Production Designers, Art Directors, and Video Editors. This role is central to delivering high-volume, high-quality creative work across our client roster.

As a key leader, you’ll oversee the Studio’s output, streamline workflows, and drive innovation through automation and new creative tools. You’ll balance being a strategic coach and hands-on contributor, ensuring work meets brand standards while fostering growth and collaboration within the team.

The Responsibilities:

Includes, but not limited to the following:

  • Lead a growing team of Production Designers, Art Directors, and Video Editors
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the Studio
  • Partner with Project Management and Account teams on resourcing needs
  • Manage and monitor Studio timelines, deadlines, and client expectations—proactively addressing challenges and opportunities
  • Oversee the quality, consistency, and brand alignment of all creative output
  • Demonstrate expertise across traditional, digital (including social), and emerging media channels
  • Continuously optimize workflows and processes to support business goals
  • Support the SVP of Creative Operations with Studio reporting and budget management
  • Compile and review daily work schedules for the Studio team
  • Drive the Studio’s AI and creative technology exploration, testing, and implementation
The Essentials:
  • 10+ years proven experience leading and managing Studio teams in production design, art direction, and video editing
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in design and editorial software; passion for exploring new tools
  • Background in production, advertising or marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage or oversee video post-production
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and process-driven, with resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience reporting on business metrics and delivering executive summaries
  • Growth and business mindset, especially around evolving creative technologies
  • Ability to travel as needed
