Tasks
* Build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., health insurers, digital platforms, international partners)
Identify and unlock new growth and collaboration opportunities
Support fundraising activities and investor relations
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies together with partners
Drive and expand business development initiatives
Collaborate closely with product, operations, and the founding team
Contribute to international expansion (DACH, US, global)
Help shape the long-term strategic direction of the company
Requirements
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Experience or strong interest in business development, partnerships, or strategy
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
Strong analytical and structured working style
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibility early
Fluent in English and German
