- Drive the overall growth, business strategy, business development and partnerships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Full ownership of the sales, marketing and operations teams performance, execution and processes and qualities, to drive strong results.
- Work closely with regional stakeholders and local heads of the online business to drive omnichannel growth
- Lead, empower, and mentor your team to bring about growth and development for the business unit.
- Be accountable for the business unit’s overall performance and P&L.
- Build and lead strategic plans and initiatives to ensure that ShopBack is well attuned to industry trends, opportunities, and competition landscape.
- Contribute to the overall success and culture of ShopBack.
Essentials to Succeed
- Solid working experience in sales leadership, performance management, and exceeding team targets.
- Exceptional track record in online-to-offline sales; experience in the food/retail tech space is a plus.
- Proven direct experience in building, leading and inspiring lean and high-performing sales teams, with a fast-moving, continuous development mindset
- Have experience developing and executing creative, innovative integrated marketing campaigns that drive positive results in the local market.
- Outstanding networking skills and the ability to make partnerships happen, strong network of merchant partners in the food and retail space is highly valued.
- Ownership mindset, possess grit, tenacity, and hunger to win. A resilient problem solver who is not discouraged by failure.
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
