Head of SEO

We are looking for an experienced Head of SEO to lead and scale our organic growth strategy.

In this role, you will own SEO strategy and performance, covering technical SEO, content optimization, and link building. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Content, and Development teams, you will drive sustainable organic growth and ensure SEO is integrated into the wider business strategy.

You will also lead and develop the SEO team, continuously improving tools, processes, and ways of working.

• Define and execute the company's SEO strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.

• Own organic search performance and key SEO KPIs.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and drive improvements.

• Identify keyword opportunities and develop SEO content strategies.

• Optimize on-page SEO, site structure, metadata, and internal linking.

• Develop and execute link-building strategies.

• Monitor search engine updates, market trends, and competitor activity.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the SEO team.

• Provide clear SEO performance reporting and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, and Development teams.

• Own and shape the SEO strategy with direct impact on company growth.

• Lead and develop the SEO function and team.

• Work closely with senior leadership and key decision-makers.

• Influence Product, Content, and Marketing strategy.

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, including leadership or team management experience.

• Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience conducting SEO audits.

• Proven experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies.

• Strong knowledge of keyword research, content strategy, on-page SEO, and link building.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in iGaming or other highly competitive online industries.

• Experience working across multiple international markets.

• Experience scaling SEO for multiple brands or digital products.
