Job Description- Synchronizing the functional workstreams (O2C, R2R, P2P), MDM, and reporting within an overarching SAP strategy to support enterprise-wide KPIs
- Acting as the central interface between Executive Leadership and business functions, ensuring investments are strategically directed toward high-impact SAP initiatives
- Standardizing a clear “Shared Responsibilities” framework across all teams, including sprint management, UAT excellence, and developer coordination
- Leading and developing functional expert teams with a strong focus on ownership, accountability, and high-performance execution across the SAP organization
- Ensuring the stability, compliance, and future readiness of the SAP landscape, including preparation for upgrades, migrations, and SAP Clean Core initiatives
- 10+ years of experience in the SAP environment, particularly in the “Run” and “Optimize” phases of the software lifecycle
- Deep end-to-end understanding of the integration of O2C, R2R, and P2P, with the ability to resolve friction points at module interfaces
- Proven experience operating a standard-focused SAP environment while managing enhancements and patches without compromising scalability
- Experience managing multiple domain roadmaps and balancing maintenance, compliance, and business innovation
- Strategic sparring partner for Finance & Accounting, with the ability to translate complex accounting requirements into technical SAP solutions
- Experience with agile or DevOps frameworks, with a focus on continuous product optimization rather than project-driven individual solutions
- Successful leadership of Functional Product Managers, MDM experts, and Data Analysts with the goal of establishing a reliable “Single Source of Truth”
