 Are you an experienced sales leader with a track record in the AdNetwork industry? We are seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead our sales team, foster strategic growth, and set new standards of excellence. Requirements for the candidate:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Publisher or Advertiser Manager, including 2 years in a leadership role, with proven ability to manage teams and develop strategies
  • Deep expertise in ad pricing models (CPM, CPC)
  • Personal database and personal networking
  • Advanced knowledge of industry tools and software for ad performance optimization, paired with high-level English proficiency for managing international clients and negotiations 
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills to inspire team, build long-term partnerships, and drive business growth 
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in solving challenges, with a passion for thriving in a dynamic, international environment

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed ambitious sales targets, both individual and team goals
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships based on mutually beneficial terms
  • Develop, present, plan, and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive project growth
  • Collaborate with the team on training, performance tracking, and recruitment of advertiser and publisher managers
  • Represent the project at high-profile conferences and exhibitions
  • Maintain active communication with C-level leadership, reporting directly to the CEO
