Head of Sales, Public 360° Sweden 

 

We are looking for a Head of Sales for Public 360° to lead our Swedish sales efforts.

The Public 360° Business Unit, within Tietoevry, operates primarily in the public sector and offers a range of solutions used by over 500 businesses and 300,000 users. We are close to 400 colleagues and the unit aims to become the leading ECM & Decision Support Platform for municipalities and governments in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales resources, managing a diverse customer base, and exploring significant market potential for new customers. You will engage in your own sales cases, but most importantly, you will foster a strong and positive sales culture focused on acquiring new customer logos and developing existing customer relationships. 

 

 

Main tasks 

  • Nurture and further develop the value proposition of Public 360° in the public sector, addressing digitalization strategies  
  • Set quotas, and coach team members. Ensure effective collaboration with other teams, including product organization, marketing, and Tietoevry country teams. 
  • Pipeline Management and forecasting, making sure targets are meet and opportunities are closed by developing and a strong pipeline,   
  • Proactively drive sales processes and support sales managers in their sales cases. Assist team members in prioritizing their time and focus between new and existing customers. 
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, increasing customer satisfaction through structured planning, business development, and proactive engagement. 
  • Ensure sales discipline within the team, from prospect identification to client expansion, maintaining a healthy pipeline. 

 

As Head of Sales Sweden, you will share responsibility for: 

  • The success of Public 360°, based on close collaboration with consulting, Products & Strategy, and Technology & Development. Actively engage with those various stakeholders to build winning value propositions for our products. 
  • Contributing to new ways of working within the Nordic sales management team, aiming for scalable and unified processes. 

 

The ideal candidate possesses the following capabilities: 

  • Passion for selling with a proven track record as a sales leader, preferably within product sales to public sector customers. 
  • Understanding of the public sector digitalization agenda, with the ability to rethink winning and market strategies. ·  
  • Established network in the public sector, with experience in driving sales cases with various stakeholders, including public sector procurement and tender processes. 
  • Strong ability to create a high-performing team by fostering team spirit and encouraging cooperation and communication towards shared goals. 

 

 

The ideal candidate possesses the following capabilities:

  • A natural team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with people across various domains. 
  • Higher education 
  • Proficient in English, as it is our internal working language.
