Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in driving business growth within the Public Segment, owning overall responsibility for its success
  • Nurture and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring exceptional sales and delivery for all customers in the segment
  • Set the pace as a thought leader in the segment, keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and driving innovation
  • Maximize market share and develop the customer experience, keeping us ahead of the competition
  • Be accountable for ensuring the segment has the right capabilities and resources, empowering our team to thrive
  • Implement cutting-edge market-specific and global practices that optimize our operations
  • Foster strategic partnerships and collaborative activities within the segment to unlock new opportunities
  • Accurately forecast revenue, costs, and volumes, demonstrating your financial acumen and business savvy

Key Metrics for Success:

  • Increase revenue and profit targets, setting new records for success
  • Drive the growth of Total Contract Value (TCV) and focus on increasing our revenue through cloud services and make it a core part of our business.
  • Create an impressive order backlog, exceeding domain-specific targets
  • Establish robust annual recurring revenue streams, ensuring continuous success
  • Optimize our cost of sales and boost our Delivery and Resource Execution (DEX and REX)
  • Leverage strong partner relationships to drive additional sales and achieve exponential growth
  • Demonstrate outstanding forecast accuracy, signalling your exceptional foresight and strategic thinking

Qualifications:

  • Higher education
  • Proven track record of leading and driving business growth, preferable within the public segment
  • Mastery of operational services, application transformation, infrastructure, and cloud services

  • Communicate with impact, build strong relationships, and dazzle customers with your exceptional service delivery
