Purpose of Job
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the project governance framework, standardized tools, and functional-level document management protocols.
- Own end-to-end planning, execution and closure of cross-functional projects; develop project charters, timelines, milestones and responsibility assignment matrices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive consistent, aligned delivery.
- Develop, maintain and test comprehensive business contingency plans covering key operational risk scenarios.
- Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to validate plan effectiveness; coordinate cross-functional tabletop exercises to ensure all emergency protocols are fully documented and readily accessible.
- Monitor early warning indicators and activate emergency response procedures when pre-defined thresholds are triggered.
- Focus on unlocking value across the end-to-end supply chain in alignment with the company’s supply chain model. Integrate multi-source data across raw material supply, manufacturing, cost control, capacity and delivery, to build and iterate the supply-side commercial insight metric framework and monitoring dashboards.
- Deliver comprehensive insight reports, actionable implementation plans and strategic recommendations.
Business contingency planning
Education/Knowledge/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related fields
- 6–8 years of experience in project management and supply chain operations within the consumer goods, retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
- Proven practical ability to develop business contingency plans and conduct scenario and stress testing analysis.
- Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Cross-functional influence and collaboration
- Executive-level communication and data storytelling
- Proactive risk mindset.
- Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional supply chain projects, with in-depth understanding and practical expertise in project management. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) standards and frameworks
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in project management and supply chain operations within consumer goods, retail, or FMCG
- Practical experience developing business contingency plans and conducting scenario and stress testing analysis
- Hands-on experience leading cross-functional supply chain projects
- In-depth practical expertise in project management
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management standards and frameworks
- PMP or equivalent certification
