Job Summary
Do you define vision, build strategy, and thrive on execution in complex environments? As Head of Product at Sabi, you’ll lead the full product function—defining and driving the company’s product strategy across all platforms and solutions. You’ll translate company objectives into scalable product initiatives, build and mentor a high-performing team, and champion user-focused innovation. This is a company-wide leadership role that combines business acumen with deep product thinking to unlock growth and deliver global impact.
What
you will be doing
- Define and execute the company-wide product strategy in line with business and growth objectives
- Oversee the entire product portfolio—from traceability and finance to marketplace and infrastructure tools
- Lead and coach the Product team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and executional excellence
- Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, and Design leads to deliver best-in-class digital experiences
- Establish and scale product processes, governance models, and performance metrics
- Engage executive stakeholders to align product roadmaps with strategic priorities
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape product vision
- Own outcomes—ensuring products are delivered on time, on spec, and with measurable impact
Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of product leadership experience in high-growth B2B or tech environments
- Proven success in building platforms and scaling teams across geographies
- Strong track record of leading product strategy and translating it into impactful execution
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including working with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, metrics, and agile development
- Experience operating in emerging markets or complex supply chain ecosystems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
