Currently a top 10 operator in Australia, we are expanding offshore with the launch of our brand-new Online Casino vertical, built upon our proprietary technology platform. We are seeking a driven Head of Product to lead and scale the next stage of our platform development.
The RoleAs the Head of Product, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team across four cross-functional squads. Your mission is to bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and granular execution, ensuring we ship products that delight users, innovate, and drive measurable growth. This includes accountability for defining and delivering on the product roadmap across all squads, specifically encompassing our core Sportsbook/Racing and Casino products, as well as the foundational areas of Compliance, Payments, and User Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vision & Strategy: Work closely with the CEO to define and execute a comprehensive product vision that aligns business goals with user experience and technical feasibility.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across our squads.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between Executive leadership, Engineering, Design, and QA to transform business requirements into product outcomes.
- Process Optimization: Standardize and evolve our product discovery, rituals, and delivery processes, including the role of AI agents and workflows, ensuring efficiency at scale.
- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the roadmap is prioritized for maximum impact and delivered at a high standard.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading teams in high-growth digital/B2C environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proven experience managing multiple squads or similar structures.
- Advanced experience using Jira or similar project management tools to drive delivery.
- A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability.
- You thrive in a fast-paced "startup" environment where agility and the ability to pivot are essential.
- Experience navigating sports and racing wagering, casino, and/or wagering regulations is considered highly advantageous.
