As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Head of Product. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, managing a multidisciplinary team including product managers, product compliance, technical writing, and driving the successful delivery of platform enhancements and features.
Areas of responsibility:
Product Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and grow the product team and technical writer, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Run regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and help resolve challenges
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Ensure seamless coordination between product, technical writing, design and other internal teams.
- Identify and address organisational bottlenecks, proposing process improvements as business scale demands.
- Support in designing and implementing scalable workflows and processes for the product team to ensure efficiency, clarity, and accountability.
Resource Planning:
- Oversee resource allocation, prioritisation, and team capacity planning to meet project deadlines.
Partner Advocacy:
- Ensure structured collection and analysis of feedback from customer-facing teams and partners
- Manage strategic customer relationships and handle escalations with appropriate oversight
Support Commercial Efforts:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to position the platform effectively in the market and support in handling demos about platform possibilities and services offered.
Documentation Oversight:
- Work closely with the technical writer to maintain comprehensive and clear documentation for all platform products.
- Own and govern the lifecycle of public product documentation.
Regulatory Alignment:
- Lead efforts to ensure platform products comply with local and international regulations, particularly in regulated markets.
Roadmap Ownership:
- Oversee the development and delivery of the platform’s product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation
- Develop & present roadmaps and proposals
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all requirements provided to tech teams are clear in terms of functional specifications and the output generated is aligned with the expected outcome and fit the partner needs.
Market Awareness:
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure the platform remains competitive and compliant.
Strategic Roadmap execution:
- Collaborate with the CPO to Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
Data-informed Approach:
- Establish metrics collection and reporting frameworks that connect product and business outcomes.
- Drive measurable business outcomes across adoption, usage, revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics for your product portfolio
- Communicate value and product performance effectively through data-backed storytelling to executives, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for optimisation in existing platform features, processes, and team operations.
Requirements
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing product teams or domains
- Experience managing B2B iGaming platform products with multiple client integrations
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs.
- Experience with cross-functional teams
- Ideally technical background and/or good technical understanding
Nice to have:
- Prior leadership role in a B2B company, focused on regulated markets
- Experience with product analytics tools
- Good understanding of Generative AI technologies, AI architectures, and AI product lifecycles
