As the Head of Product, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for defining and executing Stepful's product vision and strategy. You will lead a team of product managers, designers and analysts and collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and enhance products that meet the evolving needs of our students and healthcare partners. 

• Product vision and strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision that aligns with Stepful's mission and business objectives.

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and analysts.

• Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet student and healthcare partner needs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, growth, learning, operations, and workforce solutions teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies. 

• AI Integration and Innovation: Leverage AI and other emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences, personalize education pathways, and improve student outcomes. Stay abreast of technological advancements to keep Stepful at the forefront of Edtech innovation.

• You have 10+ years of product leadership experience in a consumer facing startup

• You have scaled top performing product, design, and analytics teams

• You are highly analytical with strong communication skills

• You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully

• You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty

• You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• You have experience in EdTech or HealthTech

• You have experience as the first product hire at a startup

• You have management consulting experience
