We are looking for a Head of Product who will spearhead our product strategy and execution, ensuring we continue to exceed our users' expectations and grow our market success.
The role:
Head of Product is one of the principal leadership roles that will directly impact Chaturbate's further evolution. If you're a visionary leader with expertise in innovating consumer web products, this is the right opportunity for you!
As Head of Product, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the CEO of Chaturbate.
  • Hire a team comprised of exceptional talent and cultivate a culture of excellence.
  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
  • Define product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, metrics, etc.
  • Influence and communicate with all levels of management.


Requirements

  • Proven track record establishing a vision and managing product roadmaps for consumer web products.
  • Proven experience growing product management organizations, including leading ICs and product leads.
  • Hands-on experience working with software engineering teams.
  • MBA degree in a relevant field would be a great plus.


Benefits
Compensation:
The Base Salary range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.

A typical day for me means spending most of my time working on my projects, with few interruptions and occasionally collaborating with my team. Multimedia is really good at keeping our processes lean while still keeping everyone focused together, which means your get to focus on the most important things in your day rather than lots of meetings.
