As a Head of Product, you'll own one of Hostinger's core product areas, defining its vision, strategy, and execution. You'll lead cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analysts, and AI specialists to build products customers love and businesses rely on every day.

As a key leader within the product organization, you'll shape long-term product strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and make fast, data-informed decisions that improve the experience of millions of customers worldwide. You'll balance customer obsession with business outcomes while creating an environment where high-performing teams can thrive.

Accelerate customer success across the entire lifecycle - from acquisition and activation to engagement, retention, and monetization. Build scalable growth systems, optimize customer journeys, and unlock new opportunities through experimentation and data.

Build the best possible platform for more than 1 million WebPro customers. Define a seamless experience across every touchpoint - from API-first workflows to polished hPanel experiences - ensuring every product works together to meet the needs of developers, agencies, and web professionals. Lead the evolution of our referral and agency partner programs, creating a thriving ecosystem that delivers long-term value for both our customers and Hostinger.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of Hostinger's core product areas.

• Own product outcomes and business results, balancing customer value with company objectives.

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing product teams, fostering ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

• Prioritize opportunities based on customer insights, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Drive fast experimentation, validate assumptions through data, and make informed product decisions.

• Establish clear product metrics and continuously optimize performance across customer and business outcomes.

• Remove organizational bottlenecks, simplify decision-making, and enable teams to execute with speed.

• Champion customer obsession by deeply understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Help shape the future of Product at Hostinger by raising the bar for product thinking, execution, and leadership.

• Proven experience leading product teams in high-scale B2C SaaS or technology companies.

• Strong product strategy and execution skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.

• Experience owning products with millions of users or significant commercial responsibility.

• Strong customer-centric mindset combined with analytical decision-making.

• Experience leading cross-functional organizations through growth and change.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of product metrics and experimentation frameworks.

• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering organizations.

• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
