We’re building a category-defining suite of 5 products (web and mobile) in the fast-growing AI companionship space. Over the past 9 months, our portfolio has shown exceptional growth. We’re now hiring a Head of Product to take full ownership of 2 to 3 products, driving strategy, growth, and monetization at scale.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to C-level leadership, with a mandate to lead cross-functional teams and make fast, informed decisions that shape the future of our products.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and optimize product performance using a data-driven approach.
- Drive monetization through subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, design, and analytics.
- Continuously improve product management processes and team effectiveness.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and innovation.
- Run A/B tests and implement insights to boost engagement and retention.
- Support growth through new feature rollouts and market expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with experience in leadership roles.
- Experience in subscription-based business model
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and research.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Bias for action, passion for growth, and ownership mentality.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI companionship, social discovery, or dating products.
- Familiarity with AI-based personalization or optimization techniques.
- Background in performance marketing or user acquisition.
