Kape Technologies is a leader in the privacy and security industry, home to renowned brands like ExpressVPN, Private Internet Access, and CyberGhost. As we enter our next growth phase, we’re seeking a dynamic Head of Pricing & Retention to drive our market differentiation and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Revenue and collaborating with the C-suite, you’ll play a vital role in transforming Kape into a multibillion-dollar powerhouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish pricing and retention strategies, including competitive benchmarking, new product pricing, and innovative loyalty & retention programs across web and mobile platforms.
- Building the monetization strategy for each brand: Working cross-functionally with the entire marketing and tech org, set the foundation for pricing across acquisition, retention, engagement.
- Build and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Recruit and mentor a team of growth experts, fostering an environment that cultivates future leaders.
- Help to Shape the Future of Privacy: Partner closely with product teams to ensure that we're at the forefront of shaping the future of online privacy.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 8 years of experience, with 2 years or more building and leading teams
- Prior experience in pricing or retention in a digital focused industry, experience with subscription based models will be a plus.
- Prior experience in consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology related field, an MBA would be a plus
