  • Identify emerging policy risks and opportunities and help the company develop thoughtful positions and responses.

  • Partner closely with Legal, Product, Communications, and leadership to align on sensitive or complex policy matters.

  • Support Higgsfield's external policy positioning on issues that may attract regulatory, public, or media attention.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience advising on technology, platform, product, or content-related policy issues.

  • Experience working within or closely alongside product teams and advising on decisions with regulatory, safety, reputational, or public-policy implications.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex policy and regulatory developments into practical recommendations for business and product leaders.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives, identify tradeoffs, and develop clear recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating complex issues to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering with Legal, Product, Communications, and other business teams.

  • Experience operating independently at a senior level and taking ownership of complex, ambiguous policy issues.

Nice to have:

  • Experience at a major social media, consumer technology, or online platform company.

  • Experience with AI-related policy issues.

  • Experience working in government, regulatory, or other public-sector environments.

  • Legal training or experience working closely with legal teams.
