Infotel UK is seeking a dedicated PMO Manager to oversee and enhance the functions of our Project Management Office. As a PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing project governance, ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives, and improving project delivery performance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of project management professionals and drive best practices across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain project management methodologies and standards.
  • Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring they align with the organisation's strategic direction.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools and templates to streamline processes.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management.
  • Monitor project performance, including adherence to budget and timelines, and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Lead PMO initiatives to improve project delivery and outcomes.
  • Conduct training and mentoring for project managers and their teams.
Requirements
  • Significant experience leading a team of project management professionals.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
