About osapiens
At osapiens, more than 550 talented minds unite around one mission: enabling sustainable growth for businesses worldwide. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Mannheim, Germany, we have built the AI-driven osapiens HUB - a multi-tenant platform hosting 26 enterprise-grade solutions designed for cross-company collaboration, automation, and compliance. With offices across Europe and the US, we are shaping the future of scalable and secure business technology.
Why this role matters
As osapiens grows its platform and expands its partner ecosystem, the bridge between the core platform and the developers building on top of it becomes mission-critical. This role owns that bridge: ensuring application teams and external partners have the tools, frameworks, documentation, and community support they need to build with confidence on the osapiens HUB. You directly shape how efficiently and consistently development happens across the organization and beyond.
This position follows a hybrid work model with a requirement to be in the office three times per week.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full tooling ecosystem between the application layer and the osapiens platform — including SDKs, integrations, and developer-facing interfaces
  • Lead framework groups and drive the evolution of osapiens-native frameworks for internal and external developer use
  • Establish and maintain structured feedback loops between application teams and platform engineering; translate developer needs into platform improvements
  • Own osapiens' developer documentation, best practice library, and knowledge base — ensuring content is current, accessible, and high-quality
  • Build and manage all communication channels with external partners (developer portals, forums, newsletters) and cultivate an active osapiens developer community

Your Experience
  • Background in Developer Relations, Platform Engineering, Technical Enablement, or a comparable role
  • Deep understanding of modern software development processes, toolchains, and developer workflows
  • Proven experience building and maintaining developer portals, documentation platforms, or knowledge bases
  • Strong communicator: able to translate complex technical content for diverse audiences, internally and externally
  • Structured, self-directed working style with high standards for quality; fluent in both German and English
