Job Description
The Head of Performance at Omio will own the strategy and execution of how we assess and reward Performance of our people at Omio. It is a new team being set up, which brings end to end responsibility of creating the structure of measurement, assessment of the performance and thus rewarding our people based on performance. The role will report directly into the CEO of the Group
Responsibilities:
Set up an end to end framework for Performance: Performance at Omio will aim to tie together a thorough review process of goal setting, assessment of goals, an objective and numeric measurement framework, and rewarding our people according to these ratings.
Set up the Criteria to assess performance: The performance framework will rate every Omionian across three scales, Deliverables (Goals), Technical Skills and Culture fit.
Standardise the process: The goal is to create a clear and transparent process where the ratings system of each employee is driven by the criteria set, a rewards system agreed with help of compensation teams within HR and an automatic way of getting the best performance out of our people through salary increases, reward, promotion and managing performance.
Strategies on how to make Omio one of the best performing culture in Europe: We are very customer centric, we want to build and ship the best products for the travel industry. And we want this to be part of how we operate everyday. Based on data, create strategies to bring performance to the next level at Omio. We want to bring the best out of our people, and this role will strive to understand roadblocks and what hinders us from doing it everyday, and recommend solutions to help solve this.
Partner with Leadership: the goal of this team is to bring a data driven approach to performance. The candidate will work directly with the Omio leadership team to help each business unit and function set up performance at Omio as best as possible to pursue their strategic goals.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an operating role within a fast growth Tech Business

Ex consultant at one of top tier consulting firms

Passionate of solving problems with people, and understanding what brings the best out of people

Hard-working, driven, ambitious to grow and want to understand how to build great Businesses by having great people

Run at a high velocity, and able to work with leadership teams to get stuff done
