The Head of People will architect the system that shapes how we hire, develop, retain, and scale talent. You will partner closely with the VP of Operations, support the CEO’s strategic direction, and build the frameworks that keep the entire company aligned to mission, KPIs, and execution.
This is a builder role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the complexity of early-stage scaling, and wants to leave a lasting imprint on Revi’s culture and operating system.

The Role: Head of People 👩‍💼👨🏾‍💼
As Revi’s Head of People, you will own People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Culture, and Employee Experience. You’ll bring structure and clarity to a hyper-growth environment, ensuring every employee understands their mission, KPIs, and path to success.
You will champion an AI-first approach, infusing automation, AI agents, and intelligent workflows into everything the People team delivers.
This role reports directly to the VP of Operations.

What You’ll Do (AI-First Responsibilities)
1. Build an AI-Enabled People Organization
Integrate AI tools into hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and people ops systems.
Deploy AI agents to streamline scheduling, candidate screening, training support, and employee FAQs.
Partner with Revi’s AI/product teams to bring internal Jarvis-style tools into People workflows.
2. Own Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations
Build a high-efficiency, structured hiring engine that supports rapid scaling.
Implement competency frameworks, scorecards, and structured interview processes.
Ensure every hire aligns with Revi’s mission, H.I.E. values, and performance standards.
Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and maintain exceptional talent quality.
3. Lead Culture, Engagement & Organizational Health
Strengthen Revi’s culture of Heart, Impact, Excellence through systems, rituals, and expectations.
Design company-wide engagement programs, off-sites, and recognition initiatives.
Reinforce accountability and clarity across all teams.
4. Own Onboarding & Training (0–90 Days)
Build an AI-powered onboarding engine that ensures new hires gain velocity fast.
Implement structured 90-day plans by role, with clear milestones and verification steps.
Ensure alignment between training, operational needs, and department expectations.
5. Build Performance Management & Talent Development
Implement a monthly performance review system with clear KPIs, transparent scoring, and actionable feedback.
Use AI dashboards to monitor talent performance, capacity, engagement, and risk.
Coach managers to lead with clarity, accountability, and effective feedback.
6. People Operations & HR Infrastructure
Oversee HRIS, benefits, compliance, employee relations, compensation frameworks, and handbook updates.
Build scalable processes that support rapid company growth.
Ensure Revi’s people operations run smoothly, accurately, and proactively.
7. Partner With Executive Team on Organizational Design
Work closely with the VP of Operations and CEO on org planning, team structure, and staffing strategy.
Create career ladders, leveling frameworks, and growth pathways across departments.
Ensure every employee has clarity on their role, expectations, and KPIs.

What You Bring 😎
6+ years of HR, People Ops, Talent, or Organizational Development experience
3+ years in a leadership role, ideally at a scaling startup
Experience building and owning structured hiring, onboarding, and performance systems
Strong EQ with a firm backbone — able to coach managers and influence executives
Proven ability to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator with experience handling sensitive and confidential matters
Comfort using AI tools, automation, and analytics to optimize people operations
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Lever, Bamboo/Gusto, Notion, Asana, etc.)
