In this role, you will

  • Track partners KPIs and communicate those KPI to Partners, help them improve their results
  • Improve partners conversions through the funnel we move them during partner lifecycle in the team
  • Improve processes in the team
  • Track team KPIs and improve them
  • Finding and acquisition of new business partners from Latin American countries
  • Hands on management of top-partners 25% of your time if necessary
  • Running competitor analysis, contributing to the formulation of strategic goals and developing the tools to enable them
  • Work closely with the analytical and product teams to implement the solutions needed to achieve the region objectives

It’s all about you

  • 4 years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, partnership, business development, or in an FMCG or Big4 company
  • Experience with various CRM tools
  • Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude or Tableau
  • Upper level of English proficiency (or higher)
  • Ability to set up processes and improve teamwork
  • Ability to autonomously reach goals and take responsibility for decisions
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills, systematic thinking, and business orientation
  • Data-driven and ownership-oriented
  • Systematic thinker and deadline-driven
  • Independent worker with strong prioritization

  • Would be a plus


  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience in the Latin American market
  • Experience in the social discovery or streaming industry
