About your role: This role is an opportunity to build and scale the entire Partner Growth direction inside a high-load international product where partnerships directly influence acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will own the strategy from the ground up: shaping processes, launching new acquisition initiatives, building relationships with creators and agencies, and creating a strong Partner Growth team around you.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, test new approaches, and scale successful initiatives across international markets. We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and feels excited about building new systems in a fast-growing environment where decisions are made quickly and ownership is real.
In this role, you will
Build and lead the Partner Growth function from scratch, including strategy, processes, team structure, and operational workflows
Develop scalable growth strategies for partners, creators, and agencies across international markets
Own partner performance metrics and identify new opportunities to increase engagement, retention, and monetization
Build lead generation pipelines and scale acquisition channels
Launch and optimize outbound partnership initiatives and creator acquisition strategies
Work closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch growth initiatives and improve partner experience
Analyze large-scale performance data to uncover growth levers and optimization opportunities
Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing and data-driven growth decisions
Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing Partner Growth team
Influence product roadmap by bringing partner and market insights directly into product development discussions
It’s all about you
English B1+
3+ years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, or Business Development roles
Proven track record of building lead generation pipelines and scaling acquisition channels
Experience with influencer and creator marketing
Experience with partnerships and outbound acquisition strategies
Understanding of performance and paid acquisition channels at least on a strategic level
Strong understanding of funnels, CAC, ROI, and key growth metrics
Experience running experiments and optimizing acquisition channels based on performance data
Analytical mindset with confidence working with dashboards, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision making
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to move fast, prioritize independently, and take ownership in a high-growth environment
Spanish B2+
Experience in creator economy, live streaming, social networking, or entertainment products
Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
Experience working with international markets and cross-functional product teams
