Overview
We are seeking a strategic, execution focused Head of Oversight Enablement to lead critical first line oversight functions for the Personal Investor (PI) Division. This senior leader will drive the vision, structure, and disciplined execution of our Vendor Oversight, Resiliency, Regulatory PMO capabilities as part of the Controls and Oversight Organization.
This leader will also play a significant role in strengthening policy readiness, first line risk enablement training, management reporting, and overall governance, partnering closely across Personal Investor to build an integrated oversight and reporting model.
This role is pivotal in shaping a modern, scalable, first line enablement capability- ensuring compliance, operational resilience, and investor protection across PI’s business channels.
Responsibilities
Oversight Leadership
- Lead and mature PI’s Vendor Oversight, ensuring risk-based monitoring, performance management, and adherence to enterprise vendor management standards.
- Oversee PI Resiliency planning and readiness, including continuity planning, incident preparedness, and execution against critical business service expectations.
- Direct the Regulatory PMO, ensuring effective implementation of regulatory changes, business readiness and coordinated execution across PI.
Enablement & Policy Readiness
- Drive policy and regulatory readiness across PI, ensuring new requirements are understood, implemented, and sustainably embedded.
- Develop and maintain first line risk and oversight training, strengthening awareness, capability, and accountability.
Reporting & Insights
- Co-lead the buildout of PI’s risk and control reporting framework- including dashboards, KRIs/KPIs, and supervisory/oversight reporting.
- Enable data- driven oversight by consolidating insights across vendors, resiliency, and regulatory activities to support leadership decision- making.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Oversee governance routines and reporting for oversight functions; ensure alignment with enterprise Risk, Compliance, and Legal partners.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Third Party Risk teams to drive consistent first line risk practices and escalate emerging themes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years related work experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Deep expertise in operational oversight, including experience in vendor management, resiliency planning, risk enablement, and regulatory readiness within a complex environment.
- Strong program and regulatory change execution skills, with the ability to translate new requirements into sustainable businesses processes and controlled operating routines.
- Experience leading PMO or cross functional initiatives, ideally involving regulatory or enterprise level implementations.
- Advanced analytical capability, with the ability to synthesize data, operational indicators, behavioral insights, and risk themes into clear and actionable reporting for senior leadership.
- Executive presence and strong influencing skills, with the ability to lead through partnership and engage effectively across senior stakeholders and operational teams.
- Proven experience building or maturing management reporting, dashboards, metrics, KRIs/KPIs, or supervisory/oversight reporting frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading governance bodies (committees, forums, reporting routines) ensuring consistency, transparency, and escalation discipline.
- Comfort with ambiguity and change, with a record of building new capabilities, establishing structure, and driving clarity in evolving environments.
