About the RoleAs Head of Ops at Wispr, you’ll build and direct operations workflows at Wispr. You'll be responsible for working directly with the founders to take on strategic operational projects, help hire for key operational functions in recruiting & HR, help streamline and automate different processes across the companies, and create workflows for a team to succeed. You'll work closely with both founders to ensure that Wispr Flow is running as effectively as possible.
