This role leads end-to-end planning, optimization, and delivery of network projects, particularly in 4G and 5G technologies. Responsibilities- Lead planning and optimization of 4G and 5G network deployments.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary contact for execution and delivery.
- Ensure smooth project execution through proactive delivery and operational management.
- Monitor and track KPIs (SLA, cost, quality, scope) and ensure compliance with financial targets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including change management for scope, cost, and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and project performance.
- Conduct risk management and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
- Ensure alignment with organizational guidelines, delivery models, and quality standards.
Must Have:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech with about 15+ years of expertise in 4G/5G network planning and optimization. And additional 5+ years of experience heading the NPO function.
- Project and delivery management in a high demanding customer environment.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Financial and KPI management (cost, SLA, performance tracking)
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of Nokia tools, processes, and Mode of Operation (MoO).
