We are a mobile gaming company specializing in evergreen casual titles with ad-driven monetization at scale. We are looking for a Head of Monetization to lead and scale our monetization strategy across all titles, ensuring maximum LTV uplift and close collaboration with product, UA, and ad tech teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define & execute monetization strategy across a portfolio of casual games (iOS & Android).
- Lead and grow the monetization team (monetization managers, ad quality, technical support).
- Act as Product Owner for internal ad tech solutions and collaborate with the ad tech team on projects to scale our performance.
- Run systematic A/B tests to make data driven decisions on ads strategy.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with ad partners (networks, DSPs, exchanges).
- Partner with Product & UA teams to align monetization design with game economy and user acquisition ROI.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in mobile ads monetization, with proven leadership experience (Head/Lead role or equivalent).
- Track record of building and managing monetization teams (analysts, managers, tech).
- Deep understanding of ad mediation, waterfalls, bidding, and in-house monetization infrastructure.
- Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable with A/B testing, SQL, BI tools, and LTV modeling.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, UA, BI, and Tech.
- Established relationships with major ad partners.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
