This role is based in Copenhagen, HQ.
The position
Mobility is a critical enabler of Novo Nordisk's sustainable growth and talent framework. As the Head of Mobility Services DK, you will have the authority to develop and implement mobility strategies and policies aligned with Novo Nordisk's overall Total Rewards and Mobility (TRM) management goals. You will also be the primary representative for mobility services in internal and external forums, and will operate with a high degree of independence, making critical decisions related to employee mobility, while ensuring alignment with broader TRM and P&O strategy and organizational objectives.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Build a winning team and lead day-to-day operations of the Mobility Services DK function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving customer-focused continuous improvement for operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate strong global mobility subject matter knowledge, developing strategies to enhance the organization's expertise and staying updated with market best practices.
  • Display a solid understanding of the line of business, develop successful business strategies, convey strategic mobility initiatives to regional stakeholders, and drive service delivery improvements.
  • Effectively manage complex stakeholder networks, facilitate communication and coordination among various departments involved in mobility processes, and build collaborative partnerships with regional stakeholders to align functional direction.
  • Understand the mobility industry landscape, monitor and analyse industry trends, and develop innovative solutions challenging current practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in human resources or business administration, preferably with a focus on mobility services.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and strategic planning.
  • Understanding and/or user experience of global mobility policies and practice.
  • Experience in a larger global matrix organization and working with virtual teams will be an advantage.

Your high level of strategic thinking, coupled with a proven track record of delivering results, showcases your analytical acumen and business insight.

You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
About the Department
Mobility is anchored in the Total Reward and Mobility (TRM) in People & Organisation (P&O). The mobility department supports the organisation as partners and experts when it comes to cross border movements or reporting lines. We are responsible for Mobility matters globally in close collaboration with line of business and global P&O.
You will report to the VP and Global Head of Mobility and be part of the Global Mobility leadership team. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including P&O heads, HR business partner teams, Global HR, Centers of Excellence, and Global P&O Services. The job is based in Denmark, where you will join a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
