Join our EMEA Marketing team and shape the future of our brand in the Middle East. As Head of Middle East Marketing, you will drive impactful campaigns, collaborate with talented colleagues, and deliver exceptional client experiences. At J.P. As Head of Middle East Marketing within the EMEA Marketing team, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business objectives and client engagement. You will collaborate with regional and global teams, lead multi-channel campaigns, and oversee client events and digital initiatives. Your leadership and analytical skills will help us stand out in a competitive market and deliver value to our clients. You will report functionally to the EMEA CMO and regionally to the Head of Middle East Distribution, based in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire and retain clients.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact client events across the Middle East region.
  • Collaborate with key clients to support marketing elements of partnership agreements, including bespoke events and tailored thought leadership.
  • Oversee the regional website, working with the Digital Team to implement new features and best practices.
  • Identify and drive innovation across sales and marketing programs to support the broader distribution strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, specialist marketing teams, external agencies, and investment partners.
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize marketing activities and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and brand standards.
  • Represent the Middle East in the EMEA marketing leadership team, sharing best practices and informing regional priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Foster an inclusive team culture and champion diversity of thought.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience in asset management, financial services, or a regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful multi-channel campaigns and complex events.
  • Strong project management skills with high standards of execution and ownership.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator with internal and external partners.
  • Proficient in marketing technology, including CRM, email, web, digital events, automation, and reporting tools.
  • Data literate, able to interpret and leverage analytics for business results.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to challenge convention and drive new ideas.
  • Commitment to diversity of thought and an inclusive team culture.
  • Proactive learner with strong industry, market, and product knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Knowledge of the Middle East investment industry or experience working with asset managers and investment platforms.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in financial services marketing.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
