The Role
Who we are:

Altimate AI builds AI teammates to automate the work of data teams. These AI teammates are known as datamates, and they can generate data pipelines, write data documentation/tests, and optimize data infrastructure autonomously. Role Overview:

The Head of Marketing will own the end-to-end marketing function, setting the strategic direction and driving execution across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and customer advocacy. This senior leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration to position Altimate AI as a market leader in AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with Altimate AI’s revenue and thought leadership objectives. Own and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and impact on pipeline and revenue.

  • Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers, technical audiences, and industry stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, product marketing, and technical marketing.

  • Align closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to drive GTM priorities and company growth initiatives.

Demand Generation & Growth:

  • Lead integrated campaigns (digital, ABM, events, webinars, partnerships) with our demand gen marketing manager to drive pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and increase customer acquisition.

  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure that marketing initiatives and the relevant tech stack (Hubspot, Common Room, Clay, Sendgrid, etc.) are aligned with revenue goals and KPI performance.

Product & Technical Marketing:

  • Partner with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives, collateral, and launch programs.

  • Lead our technical marketing managers and contractors to develop compelling content that establishes thought leadership and provides an educational platform for the technical audience on leveraging AI for data automation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, as head of marketing, preferably within the AI or data sector.

  • Proven track record of building and leading marketing teams and delivering measurable business growth.

  • Strong strategic thinking with experience in demand generation, product marketing, brand, and technical marketing

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

  • Creative and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
