The opportunity
As Head of Marketing, this role offers a career defining opportunity. It will provide significant autonomy and independence, having the opportunity to mould and tailor your contributions to a mission-driven and purposeful protocol. You will also be leading a team where you will collectively make valuable contributions to Enya Labs and the wider network.
What you will be doing
- Creating a holistic marketing and community management strategy, executing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
- Defining essential metrics, funnels, campaigns, performance tracking and reporting to enhance protocol growth
- Nurturing community development and protocol branding
- Collaborating with team members and partners from various projects
- Demonstrating leadership through intellectual curiosity and a commitment to excellence
What you will need
- A successful track record in project onboarding and driving marketing strategise in the Web3 ecosystems.
- A deep understanding of DeFi with hands on experience across marketing and community
- An advanced understanding of marketing strategies, relationship management, and the ability to implement global marketing campaigns
