We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to join our passionate team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, including brand positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Brand Management: Elevate and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all channels, including digital, content, PR, events, and social media.
  • Demand Generation: Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns that generate leads and drive customer acquisition, using data-driven approaches to optimize ROI.
  • Content Marketing: Lead content strategy, ensuring the production of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to the market, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.

  • Proven 10+ years experience in marketing, with a proven 3-5 year track record in a leadership role, ideally within a SaaS or tech company, encompassing both B2B and B2C domains.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for simplifying complex ideas into clear, concise messaging. A keen eye for quality and detail.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Solid data interpretation skills to drive informed decision-making. Strong knowledge of digital marketing content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and demand generation.
  • Excellent Leadership: Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, lead and mentor reports effectively.
  • Agile and Iterative: Comfortable with agile methodologies and iterative processes, adapting strategies based on feedback and market dynamics.
  • Marketing Strategy: Strategic thinker with the ability to execute. Demonstrated experience in crafting comprehensive marketing plans involving strategy, customer research, competition analysis, messaging, pricing, and more.
  • Creative Storyteller: A creative mindset with a passion for impactful content creation, UX writing, and storytelling.
  • Diverse GTM Skills: Experience in driving various GTM initiatives like webinars, trade shows, social media, and content marketing.
  • Ecosystem Familiarity: Knowledge of crowdfunding, e-commerce, and startup landscapes is beneficial.
  • Tech Savviness: Experience with implementing and using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Graphic design skills are advantageous.
