Head of Marketing - Forex / Prop Trading

A next-generation proprietary trading platform is seeking a Head of Marketing to join its founding team. Backed by industry veterans from the fintech and trading world, this firm is building a platform designed for ambitious traders who value transparency, performance, and innovation. With rapid growth plans and a global audience, this is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader to shape and scale a disruptive brand in the prop trading space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the entire marketing strategy — from paid acquisition and content creation to community engagement and brand positioning. • Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market and growth marketing strategy.
  
• Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates, influencers).
  
• Develop and execute a high-impact content strategy covering blogs, social media, educational resources, and video content.
  
• Build and grow active trading communities on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and X (formerly Twitter).
  
• Set clear KPIs, track campaign performance, and continually optimise for ROI.
  
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure marketing is aligned with the full user journey.
  
• Manage marketing budgets and external resources (freelancers, agencies, creators).
  

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital or growth marketing roles.
  
• Proven expertise in paid marketing, content strategy, and community engagement.
  
• Strong advantage: direct experience in the prop trading space or strong familiarity with trader behaviour and trading communities.
  
• Background in fintech, trading, affiliate marketing, or performance-driven environments is preferred.
  
• Analytical thinker with the ability to derive insights and turn them into strategic action.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, startup-like environment.
  

• Competitive salary between €48,000 – €72,000 per annum, based on experience.
