Head of Marketing Content

We seek an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing Content to lead our content marketing team. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of content marketing, and the ability to manage a team of content creators. • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy.
• Lead and manage a team of Marketing Content Specialists.
• Oversee high-quality content creation, including reports, white papers, ebooks, customer stories, use cases, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Oversee and manage the editorial calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule
• Coordinate process and tool improvements to enhance impact and efficiency with the production team leader, who will produce the final deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Head of Content Marketing, Content Manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Deep understanding of content marketing strategies and SEO principles.
• Ability to create and oversee engaging and informative content for various formats.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and strategic thinking.
