Unlike traditional consulting firms that focus on strategy deliverables, this organization helps executives achieve extraordinary business results by transforming how leaders think—shifting entrenched mindsets to unlock new levels of performance, innovation, and possibility. With nearly five decades of impact across Fortune 500 and high-growth companies, the firm is known for enabling breakthrough outcomes through a distinctive, human-centered approach to leadership and organizational transformation.

For nearly five decades, the firm has partnered with CEOs and senior teams to drive transformation and unlock breakthrough outcomes. The Head of Marketing will elevate its voice, expand its influence, and strengthen its presence among top executive decision-makers.

The Opportunity

As Head of Marketing, you will own global marketing strategy—uniting brand, digital, content, demand generation, and go-to-market execution into one integrated growth engine. You will translate the firm’s unique philosophy into compelling stories and experiences that resonate with CEOs and C-suites, expanding awareness and driving engagement.

You will build on a strong foundation—including an improved digital ecosystem, expanded content capabilities, and an upcoming website transformation—while introducing new levels of sophistication, consistency, and measurable impact. This role is fully onsite at the firm’s Philadelphia-area headquarters, an environment designed for collaboration, creativity, and breakthrough thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the organization’s global marketing strategy, aligning brand, digital, demand generation, and go-to-market execution into one unified growth engine.
  • Partner with the CEO, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape business direction through customer insights, market intelligence, and growth recommendations.
  • Establish repeatable planning rhythms, annual/quarterly marketing roadmaps, and forecasting models tied directly to growth priorities and revenue outcomes.

Brand Development & Market Positioning

  • Elevate and evolve the company’s brand narrative—ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance with CEOs and enterprise leaders.
  • Lead a full website redesign and broader brand evolution that strengthens differentiation, sharpens messaging, and increases relevance in a crowded advisory marketplace.
  • Ensure brand governance and messaging discipline across all touchpoints, channels, and content.

Demand Generation, Campaigns & Pipeline Growth

  • Design an integrated demand generation engine with clear KPIs, funnel metrics, and attribution models that connect marketing programs to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns (digital, ABM, social, email, paid, events) that expand reach, accelerate lead conversion, and nurture executive relationships.
  • Architect go-to-market strategies that create market pull, increase category visibility, and improve targeting across priority segments.

Digital Strategy, Platforms & Activation

  • Lead digital marketing strategy across SEO/SEM, paid media, email, marketing automation, and website experience.
  • Optimize CRM systems, workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring to ensure marketing-generated opportunities are high quality and conversion-ready.
  • Implement digital performance dashboards and channel reporting that support agile decision-making.

Content, Thought Leadership & Executive Engagement

  • Oversee development of thought leadership, frameworks, insights, and executive-level content that communicates the firm’s unique transformational impact.
  • Drive a consistent cadence of high-quality content across digital platforms to establish the brand as a category leader.
  • Partner with internal subject-matter experts to elevate intellectual capital and publish perspectives that influence the leadership-performance landscape.

Analytics, Measurement & ROI

  • Build a data-driven marketing function with KPIs, dashboards, testing frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that guide investment and optimize performance.
  • Implement attribution models that quantify marketing’s contribution to pipeline growth, conversion, and client acquisition.
  • Use insights, experimentation, and performance analysis to refine go-to-market strategies and inform product and program innovation.

Client Engagement, Advocacy & Community Building

  • Launch advocacy programs that activate testimonials, success stories, and peer influence among senior executives.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients—deepening trust, loyalty, and long-term partnership.
  • Build executive engagement programs that connect prospective clients to the firm’s perspectives, tools, and community.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team—building capabilities across digital, brand, content, analytics, and demand generation.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, agility, and purpose-driven excellence.
  • Build scalable processes, operational discipline, and internal systems that support high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
