We’re seeking a Head of Marketing & GTM strategy for Secure and Custom Meetings to help organizations in high-trust sectors realize what’s possible with Pexip. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role offers the opportunity to shape how Pexip shapes markets, engages customers, and accelerates growth. Location: Oslo, Norway or Herndon, Virginia, US. The role reports to CMO.
What You’ll Do
As the Head of Marketing & GTM strategy, you will spearhead the go-to-market strategy and positioning for our Secure & Custom meeting solutions. You will work closely with Product Management, Strategy, and our Commercial team to:
- Develop Pexip’s positioning, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market playbooks for our Secure & Custom portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for co-marketing and strategic go-to-market motions.
- Craft compelling narratives, transforming customer insights and market data into impactful marketing messaging and strategies.
- Build and execute innovative marketing strategies and programs with our wider marketing team to significantly grow our business in the Secure & Custom solutions area.
- Define metrics to track market adoption, win/loss trends, and more, using insights to guide strategy with the commercial organization.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years in Market Strategy, Management Consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), or B2B Marketing, ideally with exposure to technology, SaaS, or secure communications.
- Proven ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategy and influence go-to-market and ecosystem development.
- Expertise in positioning: You know how to define the competitive alternative, name the true differentiators, and craft a story that customers—and sellers—can’t ignore.
- Strong business development acumen, with experience engaging alliances, strategic partners, or complex enterprise accounts.
- Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for key customer meetings, strategic alliances, and global team sessions.
