Head of Marketing B2B, digital first (all genders)

We are now looking for a Head of Marketing - B2B, Digital First (Full-time | Starting asap) to build and execute our marketing activities - from strategy execution and content to events, design and analytics - and strengthen i5’s visibility and positioning across key ecosystems.

Your Qualifications:

• Based in Vienna, on-site 
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• 5-15 years of relevant experience in online marketing B2B or B2C, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (scaleup, startup, agency)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO/GEO/GenAI content creation, linkedin and newsletters
• Significant experience and strong skills in creating visual and written content (image, video, copy) for social media, ads, events and marketing materials (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva or similar tools)
• Highly hands-on, structured and fast in execution
• Comfortable working with tools and learning new systems quickly
• High level of ownership, creativity, and ability to drive topics independently
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with WordPress
• Love working with an international, ambitious team

Your Tasks:

• Drive global marketing initiatives
• Plan and implement performance marketing activities
• Create and manage content across channels (website, social media, newsletters etc.)
• Design visual assets for social media posts, ads, direct marketing, event materials and marketing collateral
• Drive, execute and support the positioning and visibility of the i5 brand across markets, including media placements, relevant rankings, PR, events, ...
• Lead, maintain and further develop the website (content, structure, SEO updates, Google Business Profile)
• Track relevant KPIs, derive actionable optimizations and report on marketing performance and budget
• Manage and steer external partners
• Create and maintain marketing materials and templates to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints globally 
• Support employer branding initiatives including careers page and recruiting-related content
• Monitor market trends and relevant industry developments
