Job Description
The technical solutions and platforms that your team delivers will support cutting-edge investment processes and be central to the adoption of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques within JP Morgan Asset Management.
As a Senior Leader in Asset Management Technology at JP Morgan, you will lead strategic planning and execution for scalable machine learning infrastructure and products. You will be responsible for leading a global team, partnering closely with our data science group and business to deliver end-to-end machine learning applications and data pipelines.
Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with the AM Data Science team, Cyber Security, and Global Technology teams to deliver state-of-the-art ML products.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for use of ML within Asset Management.
• Manage and support a global team of ML and MLOps engineers.
• Engage with firm-wide AI/ML teams to shape future roadmaps that align with AM objectives.
• Build and operate highly sophisticated machine learning infrastructure.
• Operate in a multi-cloud environment with a significant focus on AWS and Azure.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Degree in a computer science or related discipline.
• Delivery focused with a proven track record of delivering complex software engineering products
• Proven experience in building and operating scalable ML-driven products.
• Demonstrable experience in designing ML Systems and Architecture, including recommendation systems.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies, Kubernetes, Airflow.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with financial data sources, including alternative market data.
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing technologies including recent advances in Large Language Models.
