How to contribute to our vision
As the lead lawyer for SE LC WP OF HUB1, you will lead one of the four teams coming along with the project business of the Business Unit “Wind Power Offshore” within the company’s Legal department. Your team consists of legal professionals at Siemens Energy in Hamburg, Germany. You will effectively manage the resources allocated to? this team, be responsible for the professional development of the team members with the goal to achieve the highest levels for expertise. In addition, you will be the trusted advisor and legal business partner for the Wind Power Offshore Sales & Execution colleagues. You will need to ensure that the global team follows a global strategy in tackling risk and opportunities. You will manage all legal matters/risks and contracts of this business with a special focus on project business
and claim management. You will be part of the legal management team of SE LC WP OF.

What You Need to Make a Difference

A degree in law, preferably German law.

Several years of relevant professional experience with a demonstrable track record of managing successfully legal risks in complex environments and of being a trusted advisor to management. Deep knowledge of contract law and international contract practice.

Excellent leadership skills fostering the leadership essentials of SE and embracing the task of leading, developing and motivating teams successfully.

Deep business understanding and passion to enable business transactions and to drive change in a complex environment.

Excellent communication skills coupled with intercultural sensitivity and competence.

High motivation to work in a team in an international environment.

Time management capabilities and high flexibility.
