- Interprets business challenges to enhance technical delivery processes and services.
- Supports deployment of complex customer solutions across CSP, Data Center, and Mission Critical networks.
- Collaborates with pre-sales to assess E2E solutions, identify risks, and define mitigation plans.
- Proactively identifies and manages technical risks with PM/TPM; conducts assessments and supports risk reporting and escalation.
- Aligns solution implementation with product roadmap in coordination with PLM/BDM across the IP portfolio.
- Leads technical execution across design, architecture, and deployment/migration milestones.
- Ensures adherence to technical delivery standards, maintaining solution integrity and client requirement alignment.
- Influences decisions impacting sub-function performance and delivery outcomes.
- Manages teams/projects, including resource allocation and utilization.
- Drives performance reviews and upskilling of customer engineering teams in IP design, deployment, and support.

You have:
- Masters in Engineering or 15+ years of experience in the telecom industry, dealing with IP-MPLS, Segment Routing, AI-DC, Cloud SDN and BNG technologies.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in leading a strong technical team involved in designing and deployment of large Telco/Enterprise networks.
- Strong Experience on E2E Telco Solutions, Mobile & Broadband concepts, and related technologies.
- Highly Knowledgeable on AI-DC, Telco-DC, Virtualization, SDN & NFV concepts and related technologies.
- Knowledgeable on Network Management Systems, networking concepts and related technologies.
- Nokia SRA/Virtuoso, Cisco CCIE, Juniper JNCIE or equivalent Certification are a plus.
Experience:
- Experience in designing/deploying networking equipment for Carrier, SDN and NFV Solutions and Vertical Markets/Enterprise
- Experience in delivering Datacenter/Carrier Network and Solutions
- Experience in designing E2E Mobile Networks, Backhaul and Core Solutions and Concepts
- Strong Linux/Unix shell and datacenter networking knowledge
