Green Street is looking for a driven, experienced financial journalist to lead exclusive infrastructure news coverage across Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region, focusing on digital and core infrastructure, as well as power, oil & gas and renewable energy. Job Responsibilities- Lead a geographically diverse team covering project finance and M&A across APAC
- Uphold rigorous editorial standards for accuracy, integrity, and balance
- Build a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
- Partner with colleagues around the world to strengthen our global editorial offering
- Work closely with the Managing Editor and Global Head of News to analyze readership data, sharpen the content mix, and refine audience targeting
- Spot opportunities to deepen coverage and leverage technology to streamline newsroom workflows
- Participate in special reports, rankings, and data-led projects that cement Green Street News as the authority in infrastructure finance
- Represent Green Street News in the market and at industry events
- Extensive experience as a business or financial journalist
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure markets across the Asia-Pacific region
- A track record of leading high-performing news teams
- A proven ability to drive exclusive, market-moving reporting — as an individual contributor or team leader
In addition to a basic salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
