Your Responsibilities
- Take our customer experience to the next level: You are responsible for a key success factor in our business model - offering our customers a broad assortment of vehicles with quick and reliable availabilities. You play a critical role in providing our customers a true e-commerce experience, and constantly strive to advance this part of our customer journey.
- Strive for process excellence: You coordinate a network of strong partners (OEMs, compound operators, registration partners, ...) to realize industry-leading infleeting processes in terms of quality, efficiency and scalability. You identify opportunities to expand our partner network and improve processes.
- Grow and lead a winning team: As a leader, you coach and develop 10+ colleagues and form a high-performing team.
- Ensure cost efficiency: You own and optimize our TCOs from all angles - be it accelerated cycle times to increase utilization or effective negotiations with our partners.
- Define & execute a winning strategy: In close collaboration with your team and stakeholders, you define a clear target picture and lead the way in executing this strategy.
Your Profile
- 6+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup or other high-performance environment like a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- 2+ years of experience in leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Graduated with a Masters degree in business administration, (business) engineering, or similar.
- Experience in successfully running, scaling and advancing operations processes.
- Experience in independently building and managing relationships with partners at the executive level.
- Highly analytical with an automation-first mindset and passion to work with (new) IT tools.
- Ambitious character with an intrinsic motivation to continuously improve self and team performance.
- Fluent in German (C2-level) and English (C1-level).
